Board of Directors
The Board of Directors’ duty is managing the Company and its assets. The Company’s BoD is lead by a President Director and several Directors with designated job descriptions and responsibilities. In general, BoD’s roles and responsibilities are managing the Company’s resources to achieve its vision and mission and considering stakeholders’ interest toward company. The President Director is responsible for coordinating the Board to fulfill its fiduciary duty effectively. The President Director manages the Company along with other Directors with focused job distribution of Jakarta Operations, Surabaya Operations, Finance, Capital and Investment Management, and Business Development.
Lennard Ho Kian Guan, MBA
President Director & Chief Executive Officer
Lennard was appointed President Director and
Chief Executive Officer on June 29, 2007. He spent over 16 years in investment management
and securities broking at various investment
banks: HSBC Investment Bank, Chemical Bank,
Morgan Grenfell, and UBS. He established Truss
Capital & Partners Pte. Ltd. in Singapore in
2001. He graduated from Concordia University,
Montreal, Canada with a major in finance and
earned an MBA from the University of British
Columbia, Vancouver, Canada in 1984

 Walman Siahaan, SH, SE, MBA, MM
Vice President Director
Walman has served as Director of Intiland since 1989 and as Vice President Director since 1998. He previously worked at the Bureau of Population and Community Control in Jakarta. In 2004, Walman was elected as Vice Chairman of Commission XI of the Indonesian House of Representatives, managing economic and financial sectors.

 Ir. Suhendro Prabowo
Vice President Director & Chief Operating Officer - Jakarta
Suhendro was appointed to the Board in 1999 and became Vice President in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience in real estate development, building construction, and sea reclamation. He graduated from Surabaya Institute of Technology majoring in civil engineering and began his long outstanding career with the Company in

 Ir. Sinarto Dharmawan, MBA
Vice President Director & Chief Operating Officer - Surabaya
Appointed to the Board in 1996, Sinarto was appointed Vice President Director in 2003. Sinarto brings to the Company 27 years of experience in the property business. He graduated from University of Parahyangan, Bandung, majoring in civil engineering in 1980, and obtained his MBA from IPMI Jakarta in 1988.

 Ricky Holil
Executive Director, Finance
Appointed to the Board in June 29, 2007, Ricky was formerly General Manager of Auditing with the Company. He started his career in Prasetio Utomo Public Accountants. Ricky graduated from the University of Tarumanagara majoring in accounting.

 Archied Notopradono, B.Sc.
Executive Director, Capital and Investment Management
Appointed to the Board in June 29, 2007, Archied was previously in charge of Intiland’s treasury and business development. He graduated from Oregon State University, majoring in international business. He was also previously a Director of PT Sakura Sekuritas.

Utama Gondokusumo, B.Sc.
Executive Director, Business Development
Utama’s experience in the property business began when he joined McCarthy Construction and CCS Planning and Engineering in San Francisco. Experienced as a Director at Leads Global Properties in Toronto and PT Graha Adikarsa, he was appointed to the Board on June 29, 2007. Utama graduated from Purdue
University, Indiana, USA majoring in civil
engineering.

 Irene P. Rahardjo, MBA
Independent Director
Irene graduated from School of Management,
State University of New York with MBA in Marketing. She had an illustrious, two decade long career in Marketing and Communications, sixteen years of which was spent at Dentsu Indonesia and Dentsu Singapore as a Director until 2004. She was appointed to the Board on June 29, 2007.
