Sitting on a 0.47-hectare land in Surabaya’s golden triangle area, the construction of Intiland Tower was completed in 1997. The building is Intiland’s other iconic landmark designed by renowned American architect Paul Rudolph. With the increasing trend of green building, Intiland Tower’s basic concept of sustainability has become a paragon. Having 12 floors with two basements, the tower has terraces on every level that enables natural free flow of air and natural lighting.
Owned 100 percent by Intiland, the tower has 16,850 sqm of space for lease. Intiland Tower positions itself as the modern office building with high-speed Internet network capabilities. Among the Intiland Tower’s tenants are those in the business fields of telecommunication and Internet services, financial services, as well as airlines and freight forwarding services. As of the end of 2011, the occupancy rate reached 85 percent.
