WestOne City

Western Jakarta

Situated in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, the development is comprised of residential, retail and commercial properties with facilities such as educational institutions, sports clubs and parking spaces. The construction of WestOne City mixed-use development is taking place in 15 phases. The first four phases are expected to be completed in 2014. Front entrance, roads, infrastructure, landscape & marketing office have been completed. Westone City is developed by PT Mahkota Kemayoran Realty, a joint operation project with Intiland entitled to 40 percent ownership.
