The Company fully realizes the need for dwelling place which is of prime importance for decent living.  Decent homes act as the foundation for the building of prosperous society. Therefore, through Intiland Foundation, Intiland launched its CSR program, dubbed “Intiland Teduh” on October 22, 2014. With the program, Intiland aims at helping develop pre-prosperous society with decent homes by way of providing assistance in house construction and renovation for underprivileged families.

The interesting point about the program is the involvement of Intiland customers, as the Company set aside one percent of the Company’s net profit recorded from the period of October 2014 until June 2015. To decide on the target recipients, Intiland cooperates with institutions experienced in grant and aid disbursement to the society. The aid disbursement is set for August 2015.

One of the realizations of Intiland Teduh program is the development of three Children-friendly Public Space (RPTRA) in three areas in the capital: Karet Tengsin, Central Jakarta; Rawa Buaya in West Jakarta; and Semper Barat, North Jakarta. The Jakarta Governor officially opened Intiland Teduh Karet RPTRA on December 30, 2015.

Several other programs has launched including providing rental assistance to tenants of the three government-run rented flats—Pesakih, Pinus Elok, and Marunda. The company also has prepared decent housing program in Tangerang area, partnering with experienced independent institutions. The distribution of assistance via these institutions is deemed fair and on target.
