The only condominium in Jakarta whose location is surrounded by the sea, Regatta presents the world-class prestigious residences

Regatta is an iconic high rise residential at Pantai Mutiara, North Jakarta. It consists of ten apartment towers and a five-star hotel. The Italian word, Regatta, which means a yacht race, is a reference to the nautical architectural concept and the corresponding environment. Tom Wright, the architect who designed Burj Al Arab—worked on the masterplan and architectural design of the apartments whilst working with Atkins, London-based acclaimed architecture, design and engineering consultancy firm.

One of the leading feature is the car free ground floor area to create more private environment. The whole ground floor area is optimized with facilities, such as swimming pool, park, barbecue area, and playground. Drop off  area for vehicles is located at the parking area on the lower ground floor. Another feature is the design of the interior lobby designed based on the theme of each tower.

The first phase of the development comprised four towers, dubbed Dubai, Miami, Monte Carlo, and Rio. The development of these four towers was concluded in 2012. The Company launched phase II development in 2014 which comprises three towers namely London, New York, and Shanghai towers. The phase II of the development will comprise three condominium towers and one hotel tower.

Regatta won FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Bali Congress Award 2010. FIABCI Prix d’Excellence is an award given to a project deemed the best in its class, which is adorned with excellence in all steps of its development process.
