Intiland is included in The A-List Top 40 Emerging Companies in the Best of The Best Award 2011 from Forbes Indonesia,. The award was inaugurated on December 8, 2011 at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. This award is given based on a research that filtered out 240 companies with sales under $1 billion from various business sectors, into 40 companies. During the selection process, the candidates had to pass several criteria including having good financials in income, sales and earnings per share.

Intiland has been Highly Commended as The Best Developer in Indonesia at the South East Asia Property Awards 2011. The event was held in Fort Canning Hotel Singapore, on November 30, 2011. The South East Asia Property Awards aims to boost awareness and showcase the best that the region’s real estate industry has to offer. The awards assists in promoting the high level of quality of South East Asia’s real estate, construction, architectural and interior design, and industry professional services. Through a professionally run judging system, the awards will help to put South East Asia’s real estate on the world stage.

Regatta has been Highly Commended as the Best Condo in Indonesia at the South East Asia Property Awards 2011 for its Rio de Janeiro tower. The event was held at the Fort Canning Hotel Singapore, on November 30, 2011. Rio de Janeiro tower is the newest development of Regatta apartment.

Intiland was awarded as one of the Top 10 Developers 2011 at the BCI Asia Awards 2011 held at Gran Melia Hotel, Jakarta, in March 2011. The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by recognizing the top architectural firms and developers that have the greatest impact on the built environment in South East Asia.The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards is one of the most coveted awards program honoring excellence in building design and architecture. It recognizes top developers and architecture firms building and designing the greatest volume of buildings in seven regional markets in Asia including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
