Award 2012

Intiland achieved an award from Indonesia Best Corporate Transformation (IBCT) 2012 with the predicate ‘Excellent Achievement’.  The award winning is deemed to result from the success in transforming the company. SWA Magazine, in corporation with the strategic change-consulting firm Win Solution, held this official accolade on Tuesday, December 19, 2012 at Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta.

IBCT awards are bestowed upon companies that have done a good business transformation. The assessment was processed into two stages of judging. The first stage is merely based on the paper submission of each company. The second stage considers the appraisal that is based on the presentation before the panel judges. As many as 15 companies of both government and private institutions from various segments, from banking and non-banking to consumer goods took part at this award ceremony.

1Park Residences apartment project was recognized as the best Indonesian condominium in the South East Asia (SEA) Property Award 2012. This award was held at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore on November 21st 2012.

Intiland was awarded as Highly Commended Best Developer in Indonesia in the South East Asia (SEA) Property Awards 2012. This award was held at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore on November 21st 2012.

In 2011, Intiland also awarded as Highly Commended Best Developer in Indonesia on the same event.  This awards mark the acknowledgement of Intiland creations in the regional and international level.

Intiland was awarded as one of the Top 10 Developers 2012 at the BCI Asia Awards 2012 held at JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta, in May 2012. The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by recognizing the top architectural firms and developers that have the greatest impact on the built environment in South East Asia.

The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards is one of the most coveted awards program honoring excellence in building design and architecture. It recognizes top developers and architecture firms building and designing the greatest volume of buildings in seven regional markets in Asia including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
