Cosmas Batubara
President Commissioner (Independent Commissioner) since 1996PhD graduate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, in 2002, DR. Cosmas Batubara had served as a Member of the Indonesian Parliament from 1967 to 1978. He was then appointed as the Minister of Public Housing for two terms, until 1988. His service to the country continued with him being the Minister of Manpower up to the year 1993, during which he played an active role in the International Labor Organization (ILO) and was once elected as the President of ILO in 1991. |

Lennard Ho Kian Guan
Vice President Commissioner since 2011Lennard Ho Kian Guan was appointed as Vice President Commisioner of Intiland on June 22, 2011. He was previously President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Intiland from 2007 to 2011. During his tenure as the CEO of Intiland, he has successfully re-engaged Intiland into the capital market and brought Intiland to enter a very strong and highly sustainable growth. Having brought a wealth of expertise to Intiland, Mr. Ho spent more than 16 years of experience in investment management and securities brokering, which includes taking incumbencies at various investment banks, such as HSBC Investment Bank from 1991 to 2000, Chemical Bank from 1986 to 1987, Morgan Grenfell from 1988 to 1991 and UBS for a period of four months in 1991. In 2001, he was responsible for establishing Truss Capital & Partners Pte Ltd Singapore. Graduated from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada with a major in Finance in 1982, he later obtained his MBA from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada in 1984. Mr. Ho is a meticulous, results-oriented influential leader who doesn’t sacrifice details. His drive to achieve optimum results is done without neglecting quality and accuracy. He communicates in a style that demonstrates disposition in listening to others’ opinions before reaching a decision. |

Ping Handayani HanliCommissioner since 2007Ping Handayani Hanli was appointed as a Commissioner on June 29, 2007. Prior to that, she helmed the Head of Finance position in Intiland Development from 1985 to 2007, overseeing major developments of the Company and providing necessary feedback to the management. Her work ethics thus need not to be questioned, so is her leadership capability. Ms. Hanli graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Accounting in 1982. She had been an Auditor at Hanadi Sudjendro Public Accountants, long prior to joining Intiland Development. |

Jahja AsikinCommissioner since 2007Having led the Company as a Director from 1989 to 2006, Drs. Jahja Asikin, MBA possesses great business acumen in the property development. His more than 18 years of working experience combines both strategic thinking and practical execution, based with a visionary yet down-to-earth outlook which allows him to link and synergize smoothly between corporate directions and project needs. Previously, he worked as an Auditor at Hanadi Sudjendro Public Accountants and Bank Central Asia from 1976 to 1983. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1977 and obtained his MBA from IBMJ Jakarta in 1994. |

Thio Gwan Po MickyIndependent Commissioner since 2010Master’s Graduate of California State University, Thio Gwan Po Micky has assumed the Commissioner position in Intiland Development starting on March 29, 2010. His academic achievement counts in as well a Bachelor’s Degree from Fullerton in Arts in Business Administration. Meanwhile, Mr. Thio’s admirable business resume describes his position as President Director of PT Nexus Utama since 1996 and Commissioner of PT Asuransi Kerugian Bina Dharma Arta, after running as the Director from 1983 and 1986. Since 1996, he has also been Commissioner of PT Satria Saka Pratama and PT Satria Saka Perkasa. |

Walman SiahaanCommissioner Since 2011Walman Siahaan was appointed as Commisioner of Intiland on June 22, 2011. Walman has years of service dedicated to Intiland, serving as Director since 1989 and Vice President Director since 1998. He previously worked at the Bureau of Population and Community in Jakarta from 1972 to 1975. During the course of 2004-2009 he allocated his time and energy to serve at The Indonesian House Of Representatives as the elected Vice Chairman of Commission XI, whose duty was to manage the economic and financial sectors. Mr. Siahaan was also the tax division leader of the Indonesian Real Estate Association. Currently he actively participates in one of the prominent political parties in Indonesia. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Parahyangan, Bandung in 1974, and obtained MBA from IBMJ Jakarta in 2002 and MM in 2003 from IMMI Jakarta. |
