Hendro S. GondokusumoPresident Director and CEO since 2011Hendro S. Gondokusumo is the founder of Intiland Development. He resumed his position as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Intiland since June 22, 2011. Previously he was the Vice President Commissioner of Intiland from 2007 to 2011. His 40 years of invaluable experience in the property business comprises of him being the President Director of the Company for about 24 years between 1983 and 2007, during which time he was instrumental in growing the Company to its current status as a well-known developer in Indonesia and also taking the Company to go public, listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Additionally, Mr. Gondokusumo was the Chairman of the Jakarta Property Club and actively involved in several real estate organizations such as the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and the Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI). Last but not least, Mr. Gondokusumo is also a Patron of Philharmonic Society of Atmajaya Catholic University, Jakarta. In 2008, he was awarded a lifetime achievement award from the Ministry of Public Housing, Property & Bank Magazine, Property and Financial Journalist Association. |

Suhendro Prabowo
Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer Jakarta since 2007Suhendro Prabowo has long served the Company since 1979. Appointed as a member of the board in 1999 and as Vice President Director in 2007, he started his career with the Company the same year after graduating in civil engineering from Surabaya Institute of Technology in 1979. His wealth of experience has provided the company with numerous advancements and varieties in the technical field; from real estate development and building construction to sea reclamation. His appeal to reason is his way of approaching and solving disparities in opinions, discussions and debates. Both attentive and articulative, he is conscientious in analyzing the situation. As the Chief Operating Officer for the projects in and around Jakarta, he is responsible for the overall execution of the strategies and directions set forth by the CEO and the Board of Directors and is the key decision maker for all day-to-day operational matters of the business units under his charge. |

Sinarto Dharmawan
Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer Surabaya since 2003Sinarto Dharmawan is an experienced professional in the property business, being involved in it since 1981. He graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from University of Parahyangan, Bandung in 1980, and obtained his MBA in 1988 from IPMI Jakarta. Appointed as board member in 1996 and as Vice President Director in 2003, he brings vast experience and expertise that allow him to easily deal with others and their problems. The willingness to take appropriate and crucial risks in the wake of competing demands in critical times is also one of his many qualities. In facing challenges, he has the capabilities of finding ways to find solutions while improving quality and gaining knowledge. As the Chief Operating Officer for the projects in and around Surabaya, he is responsible for the overall execution of the strategies and directions set forth by the CEO and the Board of Directors and is the key decision maker for all day-to-day operational matters of the business units under his charge. |

Archied Noto Pradono
Executive Director since 2007Archied Noto Pradono obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in international business from Oregon State University in 1993. In the time preceding his appointment to the board on June 29, 2007, he was in charge of Intiland’s treasury. Independent and confident, yet tactile in approach are what make him a natural leader and decision maker. He executes the tasks set before him with passion and enthusiasm. Mr. Noto Pradono continuously improves by assimilating new techniques. As the capital and investment management director, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s engagements and contracts involving capital markets. His responsibilities include, among other things, sourcing, negotiating and procuring various types of funding from banks, investment funds and other financial investors. |

Ricky Holil
Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since 2007Ricky Holil graduated from the University of Tarumanagara in 1989 with a major in accounting. He started his career working as an auditor at the Prasetio Utomo Public Accountant from 1989 to 1994. This former General Manager of Intiland’s Audit Department was appointed to the Board on 29 June 2007. Approaching his subject matter with the proper amount of caution, his comprehensive and conservative method enables him to scrutinize and provide the Company with detailed analyses of the financial situation and the decision making over important matters.
His preference to system and order makes him a natural enforcer of procedures, policies and rules. He is also a determined professional who always ensures the fulfillment of targets set by the Company. His key role is to manage the Company’s capital structure to ensure adequate liquidity and solvency as well as flexibility of the Company’s financial structure and to manage and minimize the cost of financing and financial risks for the Company. |

Utama Gondokusumo
Executive Director since 2007Earned his Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from Purdue University, Indiana in 1996, Utama Gondokusumo gained his experiences in the property business working for companies, such as McCarthy Construction and CCS Planning and Engineering in San Francisco. He also served as Director at Leads Global Properties and PT Graha Adikarsa. Mr. Gondokusumo is a very focused and positive individual, who pursues a set of goals with undivided attention. Not adverse to challenges, he works around obstacles with creative solutions. He always seeks new sources and methods in order to gain more knowledge and further improve the quality of his work. He was appointed to the board on June 29, 2007. His key responsibility is to develop ways to innovate and grow the business and develop new projects and products. He is also responsible for assessing the viability of potential acquisitions of assets such as land parcels and buildings. |

Irene P. Rahardjo
Independent Director since 2007A 1987 graduate of the School of Management at State University of New York with an MBA in marketing, Irene P. Rahardjo has had a long and Illustrious career in marketing and communications. During her two-decade long career, she spent sixteen years as a Director at Dentsu Indonesia and Dentsu Singapore from 1988 to 2004. On June 29, 2007 Ms. Rahardjo was appointed to the board. Her ability to get along with others is owing to her extroverted and friendly nature. She relishes the opportunity to challenge the situations, especially in terms of the tasks and the people involved. Her ability to recognize each individual’s uniqueness is another great asset that makes her completely capable of managing her work. |

Moedjianto Soesilo Tjahjono
Executive Director since 2011CEO of Intiland’s Whiz Hotel business unit, Moedjianto Soesilo Tjahjono was appointed as Director of Intiland on June 22, 2011. Mr. Tjahjono brings with him a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the real estate related field of business. He was formerly the President Director of ERA Indonesia and is credited with leading the growth of the ERA franchise into the largest property broking franchise in Indonesia with transaction volumes growing eight-fold from a value of Rp 850 billion per annum when he joined to Rp 7 trillion per annum by the time he moved on. Mr. Tjahjono also has prior experience working at Intiland having served in various roles such as marketing management and business development. He graduated from Atmajaya University, Yogyakarta in Civil Enggineering ini 1988 and master degree from IPPM, Jakarta in 1996. |
