Spazio Tower is a strata title office building which is a part of Graha Festival development project—a superblock developed in western Surabaya. The Graha Festival megaproject includes several apartment towers, office building, international hospital, shopping center, sports and family recreation hub, and restaurants. The project will include the construction of pedestrian area of almost two kilometers long and 20 meters wide. The area is to be developed further into outdoor mall, cafe and al fresco area.
Taking up an area of 5,380 square meters, Spazio Tower will have 20 floors with building area reaching 61,053 square meters. Of the total floor area, 11 floors are set up for office space, six floors for hotel, two floors for supporting retail area and F&B, and five floors for basement parking. For office space, there are 176 office space units with various sizes, from 65 square meters to 192 square meters.
Spazio Tower is to be completed with starred-hotel facilities to accommodate business needs. The hotel will take up six floors and has 130 rooms of different types.
The Rosebay is a low-rise residential development in the housing estate of Graha Famili, Surabaya. Built on one-hectare land, The Resebay boasts seven blocks, each having four to eight floors. The height difference contributes to the beautiful landscape in the surrounding area.
This prestigious housing estate is equipped with various facilities, such as swimming pool, gymnasium, barbeque area, theme park, childeren playground and concierge.
The Rosebay only has a total of 229 units comprising two-bedroom and three-bedroom types. Each unit has different area, ranging from 73 to 143 square meters.
Graha Golf is the latest development of Graha Famili, Surabaya. The 2.8-hectare development boasts five condominium towers, serviced apartment tower and townhouse; equipped with various facilities for the residents.
The first development phase of the project was launched on the second half of 2015, comprising two condominium towers with 159 units in total.The construction of the first phase is slated to commence in the second quarter of 2016. The development stage will take around two years, targeting the hand over to customers to start in mid 2018.
