Intiland owns 50 percent stake in Ngoro Industri Persada (NIP) in the south of Surabaya and 100 percent in the additional 240 hectares of land bank adjacent to NIP. Currently, a total of 105.35 hectares of land in NIP has been sold out to several industries. Current developments in NIP include development of factory buildings, improvement of water supply, and waste water treatment capacity. The development started in January 1991 covering a total of 440 Ha land, include the Export Processing Zone (EPZ).
The products offered by NIP are: factory buildings and warehouse for rent, which are available from as small as 966 sqm to 500 sqm, custom-build factory building, industrial land (minimum 500 sqm), and the above mentioned Export Processing Zone. Products are provided with facilities such as outdoor sports facilities (tennis court and driving range), mosque, weighbridge, guest house, clinic, canteen, security and facilities for business and commercial purpose such as shop houses, office space, bank and meeting room.
Our infrastructure consists of 2m x 14-16m main road, 10-11 m secondary road, Power Supply provided by PT. PLN (state-owned company), Telecommunication system provided by PT. Telkom (state-owned company), Natural Gas provided by PT. PGN, Water Supply provided by PT. Dharmala-RSEA Industrial Estate and Central Waste Water Treatment Plant.
