The targeted tenants include stockbrokers, embassies, consultants, and auditors. In 2007, Intiland carried out significant work on upgrading its properties, including renovations of common areas, improving utilities, particularly for energy efficiency, improving service standards, upgrading security features, especially installing CCTVs on every floor, developing new food courts, F&B at basement. Future plans for developments include renovating of public utilities (toilet, lobby and corridor), retail and food court areas, and redesigning the terraces and courtyards.
