Intiland is a pioneer among Indonesian office developers in building environmentally friendly office buildings in Jakarta and Surabaya : Intiland Tower (previously Wisma Dharmala Sakti and Wisma Dharmala Surabaya). with such positioning, the two buildings have strong selling points among increasingly environmental conscious tenants.

- Intiland Tower (previously Wisma Dharmala Sakti)
Intiland Tower is Intiland’s first office building standing on 0.84 hectares of land. Intiland Tower has a total lettable space of 30,986 square meters (sqm). Although the construction was completed in 1986, Intiland Tower still looks modern today due to its modern design by Paul Rudolph, incorporating tropical Indonesian architecture elements. With the next design trend appearing in buildings that use the “green concept”, Intiland Tower will have a larger selling point for the global warming conscious market. A model of the building was displayed in the Museum of Modern Arts in New York.

As of the end of 2007, the occupancy rate was 70 percent. The targeted tenants include stockbrokers, embassies, consultants, and auditors. In 2007, Intiland carried out significant work on upgrading its properties, including renovations of common areas, improving utilities, particularly for energy efficiency, improving service standards, upgrading security features, especially installing CCTVs on every floor, developing new food courts, F&B at basement. Future plans for developments include renovating of public utilities (toilet, lobby and corridor), retail and food court areas, and redesigning the terraces and courtyards.

- Intiland Tower (previously Wisma Dharmala Surabaya)
Located in Surabaya’s Golden Triangle on 0.47-hectare land, Intiland Tower’s construction was completed in 1997. The building is another iconic building in Intiland’s portfolio designed by Paul Rudolph. With the current trend of green building, Intiland Tower has a strong selling point as its basic concept is healthy building. It has terraces on every level, which enables natural free flow of air and natural lighting. Having 12 floors with two basements, Intiland Tower has 16,850 sqm of space for lease.

Another selling point is that the building is very well served by telecommunication companies for high-speed Internet network. Owned 100 percent by Intiland, Intiland Tower positions itself as a modern office building with high-speed network or internet capabilities. It is popular for tenants in the business fields of telecommunication and Internet services, financial services, as well as airlines and freight forwarding services. As of end 2007, Intiland Tower had a 70 percent occupancy rate. Intiland plans to develop phase 2 on an adjacent plot.
