Graha Famili is one of Surabaya’s most prestigious addresses. The luxurious township of 350 hectares consists of an 18 hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, which seamlessly integrates with its residential and other areas. Graha Famili’s masterplan was developed by the US-based RTKL-Baltimore, and its landscape designed by Singapore-based Designer Belt Collins.

Other famous designers engaged by Graha Famili include, the Hawaiibased condominium designer WATG, and the Singapore’s SCDA. In 2007, Graha Famili launched several new clusters : Alexa Place with Chivor and Ceylon types of houses, Emerald Place with its newest house type called Chamani, Astrella Place in the southern part of the housing compound. This cluster has a special landscape designed created by Belt Collins, a world-class masterplan consultant.

The cluster’s special features include winding roads to enable each house to get the best view.
Other clusters launched in 2007 were Emerald Place with Avena and Evantha types of houses and the Courtyard. Currently, the Company is still developing some housing clusters and townhouses near the golf course. Proposed developments in Graha Famili include a pedestrian friendly commercial walk-way integrated with residential, office, and hospital areas.
