Pantai Mutiara is the first and the only canal estate in South East Asia, the pioneer of the concept. Ten minutes to the toll gate, direct access to practically all points of the city and its proximity to the commerce entertainment and office district make Pantai Mutiara an affluent area.
As a nautical-themed, high-end residential township located in Pluit, a prestigious residential area in North Jakarta, the township consists of 100 hectares of land, the majority of which is built on reclaimed land. One of its unique lifestyle features is a man-made waterway that connects individual plots and opens up to the Java Sea enabling its residents to enjoy a unique and luxurious nautical lifestyle (this was the first of its kind in Southeast Asia).
The township is also fully equipped with its own marina. The area’s developments include luxury apartments, terrace houses, and penthouse suites. The latest addition to the township is the Regatta, an ultra-luxurious development consisting of ten residential apartment blocks and a proposed five or six-star hotel.
Keeping with the nautical theme of Pantai Mutiara, the apartment blocks were designed by famous architect Tom Wright to resemble “Tall ships” guided by a lighthouse. The first phase of development comprises four towers, 386 units, started in August 2006. The topping off ceremony of Dubai Tower, the first of the four towers to reach the top level, was held on September 6, 2007.
