Designed to be a middle-class housing development, the 230-hectare Talaga Bestari residential development is located in the Cikupa, Tangerang area. The project to develop 80 hectares of this housing compound started in January. In August, the Company resumed the development of Jungle Boulevard Road extension in the housing compound. As of the end of 2007, the Company had completed construction of 47 units of middle-class houses and 73 units of low-cost houses.

For future developments, the Company plans to construct a commercial area called “Green Walk”, and an adventure park and water park for children.
