Built in 1991 in a joint venture (JV) with Bank Mandiri’s Pension Fund, the World Trade Center Surabaya (WTCS) is a six-storey building that includes an exhibition hall, multipurpose hall, and a trade mart. It also features free internet for its tenants. Intiland owns 32 percent in the JV.
