Surabaya (20\/3) \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>National property developer\u00a0PT Intiland Development Tbk held the topping off ceremony of The Rosebay, an exclusive low-rise residential property in Surabaya. The topping off ceremony was held on Wednesday, 20 March 2019 and was hosted by the Company\u2019s management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland\u2019s Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer, Sinarto Dharmawan said that the topping off ceremony was a milestone in The Rosebay project construction. Afterwards, the Company will enter the finishing stage of the fa\u00e7ade and overall interior of the exclusive low-rise residential project.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Rosebay\u2019s topping off is an important milestone and achievement for us. In the past year, we have successfully topped off three projects: the Spazio Tower, Graha Golf, and The Rosebay,\u201d said Sinarto.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Sinarto, The Rosebay project is a strategic step for Company\u2019s developments in Surabaya. The Company is committed to create new innovations in the property market to meet the demands from the modern public in time to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Rosebay is one of the highly anticipated low-rise residential properties and one of the latest developments in Surabaya\u2019s Graha Famili complex. We aim to finish construction in this year for handover to customers,\u201d added Sinarto.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The Rosebay is Intiland\u2019s latest low-rise residential project in Surabaya. Launched in 2016, the project consists of seven residential blocks varying from four- to eight-storeys high.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The differing heights of the residential blocks blend seamlessly with its surroundings and offer stunning landscape views. In addition, its proximity to the golf course creates beautiful panoramas that are enticing to customers.<\/span><\/p>\n
