Jakarta (06\/12)<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0\u2013 \u00a01Park Avenue, one of PT Intiland Development Tbk\u00a0benchmarks condominium in South Jakarta completed its construction phase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project has started its unit handover process since the end of November 2016. 1Park Avenue condominium is a vertical residential development located in Kebayoran, South Jakarta. Occupying an area of 2.8 hectares, the development was divided into two phases. In the first phase, the company constructed four towers with a total area of 70,252 sqm. Each tower has 112 residential units with an area from 115 sqm to 149 sqm (net).<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland\u2019s corporate marketing director, Susan Pranata said the completion was on schedule, in the third quarter of 2016. The handover process is for the three towers launched previously, namely Royal, Queen and King towers; while the fourth tower, The Hamilton was launched last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOur target for The Hamilton\u2019s unit handover is next year. We have completed the construction of The Hamilton tower along with other towers. We are finishing up with the interior of the residential units,\u201d Susan explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Hamilton carries a different concept from other towers: the residential units come complete with furniture, including sofa, beds, dining table, cupboards, curtains, and even eating utensils.<\/span><\/p>\n

The concept of 1Park Avenue gets its inspiration from a resort and relaxing aquatic atmosphere. As much as 70 percent of the total area is allocated for green spaces, which include part, water features and supporting facilities. Some of the area of the condominium is surrounded by swimming pool mimicking a lagoon, thus creating an impression of an oasis in the middle of metropolis.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe 1Park Avenue units are designed as stacked landed houses. They have wide terrace on the family room,\u201d Susan said.<\/span><\/p>\n

To add comfort, 1Park Avenue features various facilities, like a tropical garden, fitness center, jogging track, barbeque area, swimming pool, children playground, mini cinema, fine dine room, lounge, and multifunction sports field. There are also caf\u00e9 and restaurant, mini market and ATM\u00a0center<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another value-added point of 1Park Avenue is its strategic location in one of Jakarta\u2019s most prestigious residential areas. It\u2019s only a stone\u2019s throw away from Jakarta\u2019s business hubs, shopping centers, schools and hospitals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since its launch in late September 2016, the company has sold 90 percent of the units in the first three towers.
