One of the latest would be The Rosebay, a residential project which is part of Graha Famili development in Surabaya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The development of The Rosebay is inseparable from the success Intiland achieved in marketing Graha Golf condominium several months ago. The Rosebay is a low-rise residence built with low occupancy density.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Intiland Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Sinarto Dharmawan said that West Surabaya Barat was set to become the fastest growing area in Surabaya; and the development of The Rosebay is to anticipate the increasing demand for residence in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u201cThe West Surabaya area is growing very fast and is currently one of the most favored residential area. Its prospect continues to improve, especially with the construction of western Surabaya outer ring road,\u201d Sinarto said in Surabaya on Monday, Nov.2, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Rosebay is a residential development project from Intiland in Surabaya. Set to occupy an area of one hectare, The Rosebay will boast seven building blocks of four to eight floors. The difference in height will create beautiful landscape that blends well with the environment. The prestigious residential complex will come complete with various facilities, including swimming pool, gymnasium, barbeque area, themed park, children playground and concierge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Rosebay will have only 229 units divided into two types: two-and three-bedroom types. Each unit in The Rosebay has an area between 73 square meters and 143 square meters with the starting price of IDR 2.3 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u201cThe units are quite big with the living space that comforts the residents. We also pay special attention to the privacy of the residents; each floor will have only five to seven units. The low occupancy density will be an added luxury,\u201d he said further.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Rosebay also applies the concept of modern and exclusive residence. The residential project will include the construction of an open corridor and greenery on each floor to create an experience and feel of living in landed house. The units offer different panorama, such as golf view, garden view and city view, as well as two-story basement parking lot<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Intiland plans to commence the development in one phase. The company targets the start of the development in the second quarter of 2016. The development will take around two years to complete, which puts the target of completion at the end of 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Rosebay is a building complex with focus on residential facilities.
