Jakarta (09\/09) \u2013 The national property developer, PT Intiland Development Tbk has completed the development of the main structures of the company\u2019s project, 1Park Avenue condominium. The development phase concluded with the topping off ceremony attended by the management of Intiland on September 9, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

1Park Avenue is a condominium development complex located in Kebayoran, South Jakarta. Standing on a 2.8-hectare of land, the condominium is developed in two phases. In the first phase, the company is to develop four condominium towers, each having 29 stories, with the total building area of 70,252 square meter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each condominium tower has 112 residential units with an area between 115 and 149 square meters (nett). The company has marketed the first three towers, dubbed Royal, Queen, and King towers. The fourth tower is set for launching sometime this year. The second phase of the development is at present in the design finalization stage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland corporate marketing director, Susan Pranata said following the topping off, the company is now finishing up the exterior and interior construction and installation. The company has set a target for the completion of 1Park Avenue condominium in the third quarter of 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe plan to have the unit handover to our customers in the fourth quarter of next year. Specially for the fourth tower, the handover is set for the second quarter of 2017,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the end of August 2015 the company marketed 296 units or 88 percent of the units offered in the three towers. The selling price of a unit in 1Park Avenue is around IDR 45 million per square meter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Susan explained that the inspiration for the concept design of 1Park Avenue comes from resort and water element. As much as 70 percent of the total area is dedicated for green area, including parks, water features, and supporting facilities. Some of the environment in the condominium area is surrounded by swimming pool which carries the feel of a lagoon, making the place a kind of an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c1Park Avenue presents a modern vertical residential facility with a resort ambiance which is relaxing and comforting. The units are designed like landed houses arranged vertically, each complete with a terrace in the living room,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The unit design lets the condo unit to have a wide terrace with semi-private elevator, thus, ensuring more privacy to the residents. On each floor there are only four apartment units, so that residents can enjoy as much as privacy as they can.<\/span>
\n1Park Avenue condominium is strategically located set amidst a prestigious residential area in the capital, in Kebayoran, South Jakarta. The condominium is close to Jakarta\u2019s business hub, international schools, hospitals and shopping centers.<\/span><\/p>\n

1Park Avenue also provides various facilities, including tropical gardens, fitness and wellness center, jogging track, barbeque area, swimming pool, children playground, mini cinema, fine dine room, lounge and multipurpose sports arena. There are also caf\u00e9 and restaurants, mini market and ATM center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company has planned to launch the fourth tower this year. The new tower will offer a different concept from that of the first three towers.
