Surabaya (25\/06) \u2013 The national property developer, PT Intiland Development Tbk., has launched its latest residential project, Graha Golf Condominium. Located in the elite residential complex, Graha Famili, in Surabaya, the condominium follows the company\u2019s string of success in other projects which are part of Graha Famili development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland\u2019s vice president and chief operating officer, Sinarto Dharmawan said the development of Graha Golf is the response to the market in Surabaya which demands for premium residential complex with golf view, especially for West Surabaya area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe property market is weakening. Nevertheless, we are optimistic the market will always absorb good residential products that offer added value. Residential area with golf concept, having a golf-court view and set in the middle of a golf course is a draw for consumers. So far there is a high interest for a condominium,\u201d Sinarto said, during the signing of marketing cooperation between the company and the property agent, Era Galaxy, on Thursday, June 25, 2015 in Surabaya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Part of Graha Famili development project, Graha Golf is to be constructed in phases. Occupying an area of 2.8 hectare, Graha Golf will have five condominium towers with various facilities for the residents. The first phase will develop two towers covering an area of 7,200 square meters and a total building area of 50,167 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both condominium towers will have 20 floors with 80 condo units in each tower. The condominium will come in two types\u2014three-bedroom and four-bedroom units with floors are ranging from 125 to 140 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe condominium will have ample area so that the owners can feel like living in a house. Each floor has only four units; this guarantees great privacy to the residents,\u201d Sinarto said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company has set a target for the start of the development of Graha Golf condominium in 2Q16. The project is projected to take up to two years to complete so that the company projects the work to be done by 2Q18<\/span><\/p>\n

The development of Graha Golf will put forth the golf concept and theme. Aside from its strategic location, the condominium offers golf-related environment and near-limitless golf view for the residents. Adopting the tower design which resembles the shape of a butterfly, the condominium provides wider golf course panorama from each unit, compared to other golf condominium.<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure optimum comforts for the residents, Graha Golf will provide various facilities, such as a swimming pool, yoga room, children playground and thematic parks. Other facilities include integrated security facilities, personal access, semi-private elevators and supporting retail (groceries) area.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
