Jakarta, (22\/10) \u2013 The national property developer, PT Intiland Development Tbk launched\u00a0Intiland Teduh<\/em>, a corporate social responsibility program that provides homeownership and home repair assistance to underprivileged. The program shows the commitment of the company in helping the families and the society to have decent homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland president and CEO, Hendro S. Gondokusumo said as a developer, Intiland has taken the initiative in assisting those in need of decent housing. This act of solidarity is in line with the company\u2019s vision, which is to provide opportunity for the people to have a comfortable life.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHome is a primary need for every family. We are urged to help those who are less fortunate to realize their dream of having a comfortable and decent home,\u201d Hendro added.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the execution of the program, the company involves consumers\u2019 participation. The support comes from the allocated amount of some of the company\u2019s revenues generated in the period between October 2014 and June 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

By purchasing property products within the period, consumers will automatically have participated in helping to provide decent homes. The company encourages all consumers and stakeholders to participate and support this program so that more people can feel the benefit of\u00a0Intiland Teduh<\/em>\u00a0program.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe more consumers participate in the program, the more families can realize their dream of having decent home,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the implementation of\u00a0Intiland Teduh<\/em>, Intiland collaborates with institutions, which have proven experience in such social programs that provide assistance to the community. Working with the institutions, the assistance can be distributed fairly, independently and right on target.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe criteria for those eligible to receive the assistance are decided on by the institutions. They will be objective in this case. We plan to start the distribution in August of next year,\u201d said Hendro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intiland is fully aware that the implementation of CSR program is an important part of the company\u2019s sustainability. The company is fully committed to giving positive contribution as to become an important part of the community.<\/span><\/p>\n
