Surabaya (21\/07)<\/strong> \u2013 Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) continues come up with new innovations for property development in Surabaya, East Java. Sales of residential products, especially for landed houses, have proven to be relatively active. In fact, the last two months have seen an upward trend.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cWe feel that the property market has begun to become active again and has shown an upward trend in the last two months, especially from the end user consumer segment. This cluster offers two-story compact houses that are not too big but are actually high in demand from young families,\u201d said Harto Laksono.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The development of Graha Natura began in 2012 with a strong concept.
