This award was bestowed to the Company for its commitment to developing property projects with a sustainable concept, design and construction that refers to sustainable guidelines, as well as environmental and social concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: the-sans-office;\">The award trophy was handed-over by Mr. Herry Trisaputra Zuna, Director General of Infrastructure Financing, Ministry of PUPR, Republic of Indonesia to Permadi Indra Yoga, Intiland&#8217;s Director of Business Development and Theresia Rustandi as Intiland&#8217;s Corporate Secretary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: the-sans-office;\">Intiland also reach two special recognition awards: <strong>Special Recognition in Sustainable Design &amp; Construction and Special Recognition in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG). <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: the-sans-office;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>This special awards was given to the Company for its commitment to its success in developing property products that feature design and development based on sustainable principles and programs and practices related to the environment, society, and corporate governance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: the-sans-office;\">DUO, one of Intiland\u2019s residential development collaboration with Quanta Land won <strong>The Best Mid-End Housing Development Greater Jakarta<\/strong>.
