Located in one of Surabaya’s most prestigious addresses, the 280-hectare luxurious township is our flagship that accommodates an 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, seamlessly integrated with the residential and other areas. Graha Famili’s masterplan was sophisticatedly developed by the U.S.-based RTKL-Baltimore, and the project’s design by the Singapore-based designer Belt Collins. Other renowned designers engaged in the project include the Hawaii based condominium designer WATG and the Singapore’s SCDA.
In 2011, Graha Famili launched several types of houses: Celestine, Amaris, Helena, Orelia, Saphire, Alodia, Annabel and Alexandria. Intiland is still developing more types and housing clusters surrounding the golf course, with pedestrian friendly commercial walkway connected to residential, office and hospital areas. The latest development phase in Graha Famili is Graha Festival, an integrated commercial and mixed-use zone.
