The Italian word ‘Regatta’ literally means ‘boat race’. As the name suggests, behind the 11-hectare Regatta is nautical concept of luxurious high-rise condominium that consists of ten apartment towers, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments and an Aqua Park. Located within Pantai Mutiara development, the iconic Regatta is designed by WS Atkins, Design and Engineering Solutions, Inc, a London based internationally acclaimed architect design consultancy firm led by Tom Wright, the firm’s architect and designer who was the mastermind behind The Burj Al Arab, the most iconic landmark in Dubai.

Commencing its construction in August 2006, the entire project is expected to complete in three phases. The first phase, which completed in November 2010, included four apartment towers, respectively; Dubai, Monte Carlo, Miami and Rio de Janeiro – altogether provide space for 368 units. The second phase will witness the erection of Tokyo, Acapulco and Sydney towers, as well as a 2.4 hectare Aqua Park. Regatta was named the winner in the category of Bali Congress Award at Prix d’Excellence Awards, an international accolade held on May 27, 2010 in Bali in conjunction with the annual congress of FIABCI (Real Estate International Federation) to bestow the world’s best property projects. Regatta is developed by Badan Kerjasama Mutiara Buana, a joint operation between PT Intiland Development Tbk and PT Global Ekabuana with each party having the 50 percent investment, respectively.
