Located on the west side of Graha Famili residential estate in Surabaya, East Java, Spazio is a commercial multifunction project consisting of office area, an apartment, commercial district and a hotel. The development of Spazio includes an area of 14,500 sqm for an office hub that consists of 110 strata title office units, each having the area ranged from 60 to 200 sqm. The first and second floors are designated for F&B and lifestyle commercial spaces.
Being the commercial multifunction project allows Spazio to have flexible operational hours as business transactions and other related activities can take place the whole day. To keep up with the future trends, Spazio comes complete with infrastructures that cater to the development of information technology, with the modern security and safety system. The construction of Spazio development started in mid 2011 and is estimated to complete in 2013. Spazio is a joint operation project with Intiland entitled to 75 percent ownership.
