The Ixia type is designed to meet the needs of urban communities that prioritize comfort, spatial efficiency, and quality of life. Embracing a modern tropical concept, this type combines contemporary architectural elements with tropical climate considerations, such as natural lighting, cross ventilation, and thoughtful building orientation.
“This residence responds to the needs of urban communities who tend to be dynamic with high mobility, while remaining attentive to health, fitness, and quality family time. The private swimming pool facility adds value by enhancing quality of life and delivering tangible functional benefits,” said Harto in his statement in Surabaya, Thursday, (22/1).
The Ixia type is a two-storey house with a total building area of 221 m2. It features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two carports, with a flexible layout. The unit is marketed starting from Rp 4 billion, with a limited number of units available.

The Graha Natura area is also supported with various other facilities, including the Natura Clubhouse which features a range of amenities such as swimming pools, jacuzzi, children’s pool, restaurant, and multifunction rooms. The front access is intended for business and commercial activities, while the rear access serves as the residential entrance. Meanwhile, the Borealis type offers distinct access on each floor. This design concept allows owners to operate up to three different types of businesses simultaneously.
