Intiland One of Indonesia’s Best 50 Enterprises

Jakarta, 11/12 – The national property developer, PT Intiland Development Tbk earns a place as one of the best public companies in Indonesia. PT. Intiland Development Tbk won the acknowledgment at Forbes Best of The Best 2014 event held in Jakarta, on December 10, 2014.

Archied Noto Pradono, Intiland Managing Director of Capital and Investment said the award is an appreciation for the company’s success in maintaining its positive business performance. The award also acts to motivate everyone in the company to perform better in the following year.

“We hope to execute several key strategies to achieve the company’s aim of sustainable growth. The award is something we are proud of; it is an appreciation for what we are doing to improve our company’s value,” said Archied.

Best of The Best Award is an award conferment for 50 public companies with the best financial performance and stock performance in Indonesia. The award ceremony organized by Forbes Indonesia magazine assesses the financial performance, including return on equity (ROE) within the last five years, sales growth and profit per share in the last three years.

Intiland in the last five years has managed to maintain the positive growth of its business and sales. Intiland’s revenue in the last five years has compound average growth (CAGR) of 31 percent, while CAGR marketing sales is 50 percent.

The company by the end of September 2014 is recorded to garner revenue of Rp 1.3 trillion, an increase of 24.8 percent from the same period in the previous year. The net income is recorded at Rp 300 billion or increased 43.8 percent.

The revenue coming from development income still dominates the company’s revenue with Rp 1.18 trillion or 90.5 percent of the total revenue. Recurring income is recorded at Rp 123.8 billion or 9.5 percent.

“Next year we want to improve the sustainable revenue by finishing the office projects we have. We will develop several superblock and mixed-use projects next year,” added Archied.

South Quarter, the company’s integrated office development project in Simatupang corridor, South Jakarta, should be completed in Q2-2015. Another project the company projects will contribute significantly to the Intiland’s sustainable revenue is office lease from its Praxis and Spazio Tower projects in Surabaya.

Favorite Apartment

Aside from getting Best of The Best Award, Intiland also won an award for one of its ongoing projects. Aeropolis, one of the company’s mixed-use development projects developed near Soekarno-Hatta international airport, won The Favorite Low Rise Apartment award at Housing Estate Awards 2014.

The award strengthens the position of Aeropolis as one of the apartments most favored by the people, especially those in Tangerang area. Aeropolis is a big-scale project set to be an integrated area which is mutually beneficial with the airport management and development.  Besides the apartment, Aeropolis development project also comprises offices, commercial area, hotel and warehouse area.
