Intiland Repeats Success in Marketing Tower II Graha Golf

Surabaya (11/09) – The national property developer, PT Intiland Development Tbk successfully held a launching event of Tower II of its condominium, Graha Golf, Surabaya. The launch was held on Thursday, September 10, 2015, and it received positive response from the public.

The company was successful in marketing 64 units or 81% of the total of 79 condominium units in Tower II. The launch was held earlier than previously planned (early 2016) as the company took stock on the high demand from the public for the condominium.

The success also follows the company’s feat in marketing the first tower. During the private launch in July 2015, all units in Tower I of Graha Golf condominium were sold out.

Similar to the first tower of Graha Golf condominium, the second tower also will have 20 floors and one penthouse floor, with the total of 79 condominium units. The units come in two types: three- and four-bedroom units with floor area between 125 and 140 square meters. Graha Golf condominium will have basement parking which can accommodate up to 285 cars.

Vice President and chief operating officer of PT Intiland Development Tbk., Sinarto Dharmawan said the company had from the beginning felt optimistic that the condominium would receive positive response from consumers. Despite the stiff challenges in the economy, consumers remain interested in quality property products.

“Consumers and investors usually prefer to wait and see, and see where the market goes. But they remain confident with the industry and make a purchase of residential products which have good product and investment value. The sales of Graha Golf condominium units is the proof,” Sinarto said during the launch on Thursday 10 September 2015 in Surabaya.

Based on the preliminary sales, the company is confident it will be able to market the other units until the end of the year. Aside from strategic location, good product design and quality, the condominium also carries with it high sales and investment value.

Graha Golf condominium is part of the Graha Famili development project and is to be built in stages. Occupying an area of 2.8 hectare, Graha Golf will comprise five condominium towers, serviced apartment and townhouse completed with various facilities for the tenants and residents. The first stage of the development comprises two condominium towers on an area of 7,200 square meters with the total building area reaching 50,167 square meters.

Sinarto said Graha Golf condominium offers an interesting development concept. Set amidst a golf course in one of Surabaya’s premium and strategic locations, Graha Golf offers unlimited environment and panorama of an open and rolling golf course.

Graha Golf condominium is designed to look like a butterfly with the aim of giving much wider view of a golf course seen from each unit than the view offered in other golf course condominiums.

Aside from interesting location and design specifications, Graha Golf condominium is also designed as one independent building with focus on residential facility. Different from mixed-use development concept, the residential function of the condominium dictates smaller population in each tower. This is to ensure optimum comfort for the residents, for low population density in a residential area is a luxury.

To further increase the level of comfort for the residents, Graha Golf condominium also comes complete with various facilities, including swimming pool, yoga studio, children playground and thematic gardens. Graha Golf condominium also has integrated security system, personal access for the residents and tenants, fitness facility and retail support facilities (groceries).

The company target the development of Graha Golf condominium to start in 2Q16. The development is estimated to last for two years and is projected to be concluded in 2018.
