Surabaya (05/11) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) through one of its projects, Praxis, is collaborating with PT Horizon Internusa Persada or Travelio Property Management (Travelio), for the inclusion of services and rental management of Praxis apartment units, located in the center of Surabaya’s business district.

The signing of the memorandum of agreement was carried out by management representatives from both parties at Praxis, on Tuesday (11/05/2019). Intiland was represented by Harto Laksono as Marketing Director of PT Intiland Grande, a subsidiary of the Company, and Felicia Gautama as Head of Business Development of Travelio.

Harto Laksono explained that this collaboration will help apartment owners maximize the rental and investment potential of their units. This collaboration will make it easier for apartment unit owners to manage and rent their apartment units professionally.

“Owners will not need to bother managing their units and looking for potential tenants. They can entrust this task to Travelio, who has significant experience in managing and marketing apartments for rent,” said Harto.

This cooperation agreement allows apartment units of all types and sizes to be rented through Travelio. The choice of rental period also varies, ranging from daily, weekly, monthly, up to yearly.

Harto Laksono is optimistic the market for rent of Praxis apartments is robust. Aside from its strategic location at the center of the business district, other supporting factors include Surabaya being a business, trade and industrial hub for the eastern part of Indonesia.

“”In Praxis there are around 300 apartment units that are integrated directly with office, commercial and retail areas, and connected to Intiland Tower Surabaya office building. The market potential is vast, and it certainly provides a greater value for apartment unit owners,” said Harto Laksono further.

This collaboration is also believed to increase the added value of Praxis apartments as the best investment in property. The collaboration with Travelio increases the investment potential of the apartment units, thereby increasing their attractiveness to customers and investors.
