Jakarta 3o/11 – Intiland won The Best Sustainable Developer Indonesia at the 7th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2021 event held in Jakarta (30/11). This award was bestowed to the Company for its commitment to developing property projects with a sustainable concept, design and construction that refers to sustainable guidelines, as well as environmental and social concerns.
The award trophy was handed-over by Mr. Herry Trisaputra Zuna, Director General of Infrastructure Financing, Ministry of PUPR, Republic of Indonesia to Permadi Indra Yoga, Intiland’s Director of Business Development and Theresia Rustandi as Intiland’s Corporate Secretary.
Intiland also reach two special recognition awards: Special Recognition in Sustainable Design & Construction and Special Recognition in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG).
This special awards was given to the Company for its commitment to its success in developing property products that feature design and development based on sustainable principles and programs and practices related to the environment, society, and corporate governance.
DUO, one of Intiland’s residential development collaboration with Quanta Land won The Best Mid-End Housing Development Greater Jakarta.
