Intiland Starts Handover of Graha Golf Condominium Units

 

Surabaya (05/03) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) has started the process of handing over Graha Golf condominium units to the buyers. The handover process is carried out in stages alongside the completion of the condominium development within Graha Famili residential area in Surabaya.

 

Harto Laksono, Marketing Director of PT Intiland Grande, a subsidiary of the Company, said that the units that are being handed over are the first-phase development of Graha Golf condominiums. A total of 182 units will be handed over in the two condominium towers, Arion and Alexa.

Graha Golf Condominium is one of the Company’s latest residential projects. Being part of the development of Graha Famili area, this property product has been exceptionally well received by the market.

 

“Of the total number of units in the first phase, 95 percent have already been sold. The market has shown a very strong interest in this residential product, because of its very strategic location and superior concept,” he said further.
