Surabaya (05/03) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) has started the process of handing over Graha Golf condominium units to the buyers. The handover process is carried out in stages alongside the completion of the condominium development within Graha Famili residential area in Surabaya.
Harto Laksono, Marketing Director of PT Intiland Grande, a subsidiary of the Company, said that the units that are being handed over are the first-phase development of Graha Golf condominiums. A total of 182 units will be handed over in the two condominium towers, Arion and Alexa.
“We appreciate our customers’ trust in us, in them choosing Graha Golf. This is the best choice for both a place of residence and an investment,” said Harto Laksono during a media update event held in Graha Famili, Surabaya (5/3/2020).
Graha Golf Condominium is one of the Company’s latest residential projects. Being part of the development of Graha Famili area, this property product has been exceptionally well received by the market.
“Of the total number of units in the first phase, 95 percent have already been sold. The market has shown a very strong interest in this residential product, because of its very strategic location and superior concept,” he said further.
Graha Golf is one of the Company’s latest developments within Graha Famili residential area in Surabaya. The project, which occupies an area of 2.8 hectares, is being developed in stages to include four condominium towers equipped with various facilities for residents, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a yoga room, a lounge, a thematic garden, and a large parking area.
The first phase of development includes two 23-storey condominium towers with an area of 7,500 square meters. Each tower has 91 units of two condominium types, namely three bedrooms and four bedrooms, with unit areas ranging from 139 to 168 square meters.
Harto Laksono said that the strong interest from the market in Graha Golf was due to the many advantages it offers. Apart from being located in a rapidly developing residential area, this condo offers a panoramic view of the splendorous golf course.
“This condo meets the needs of certain people who want to live in a large golf course area. Currently, our customers’ choices are becoming increasingly limited as the price range of landed houses with a golf view concept is narrowing, and alternative options are limited,” said Harto Laksono.
Anticipating Market Needs
The Company is projecting that the property market conditions will not change significantly this year. The Company therefore will focus on a strategy of development and increasing sales from current projects, by carrying out a series of attractive promotional programs.
Especially for property products in Surabaya, the Company has launched a promotional program called ‘Flash Deal’, in collaboration with certain banks. This promotional program offers 0% interest rate for one year for apartment ownership loan (KPA) and a 5% + 15% discount specifically for purchases made in March 2020.
