My dear members of the Intiland Family,
The Indonesian people and the world are currently facing an emergency situation due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which is increasingly widespread and has become a global pandemic. Facing this dire situation, I would like to greet you personally and at the same time share information on important steps that we have taken to ensure your comfort, security, and safety, which remains our highest priority.
I would like to reiterate how we care about and are deeply serious about this emergency situation. We are committed to making every effort and maximizing all our use of resources to ensure your safety in the properties that we develop. Since mid-March 2020, we have implemented policies and protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19 throughout our projects, offices, housing, apartments and all our properties. The implementation of this emergency protocol testifies to our effort to protect and create a sense of safety for you and your family, as part of our extended family.
We have also activated a Task Force for the Prevention of the Spread of Covid-19, to ensure that emergency policies and protocols are in place across all Intiland projects and properties. This task force is responsible for monitoring the situation and helping you obtain protection and mainti a sense of security amidst this outbreak.
In the last two weeks, we have carried out a series of key preventive measures to help break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. We have carried out these actions, which we will continue to monitor and evaluate. Some of what we have done include:
- Improving the quality and frequency of cleaning, as well as regularly disinfecting public areas across our properties, including lobbies, elevators, doorknobs, toilets, parks and children’s play areas.
- Implementing a social distancing policy to create a safe distance between people throughout all our office buildings and apartments, including lobby areas, lifts, meeting & function rooms, canteens, and restaurants throughout our properties.
- Providing hand sanitizers and masks in the lobby area in our offices, apartments, marketing galleries, and projects.
- Checking body temperature at the entrances in all our office buildings and apartments.
- Suspending all public activities that may be attended by a large number of people and limiting the frequency of face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinating intensively with the nearest health agencies or hospitals in each of our projects and properties.
I understand that implementing the safety protocols for handling the spread of Covid-19 may reduce your comfort. However, these are essential steps we must take to provide a sense of security and help protect you and your family amidst this pandemic. I sincerely thank you for your trust in us over the years. I realize that by considering the current emergency situation and the government’s appeal to reduce mobility and activities, visiting our offices, projects, and marketing galleries requires very careful consideration and may not be a priority of yours.
However, I would like to convey that in the current situation, we remain steadfastly committed to providing the best service. We ensure that all operational services are run as usual, for your benefit. We have arranged our resources accordingly, in order to be able to deliver the best service for you. Our operations in the office and projects are run as usual, but with special arrangements. We continue to operate our marketing office services by adjusting the work schedule of our sales/marketing personnel, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our office areas, and limiting the number of guest visits within any period of time. We also ask our partners, such as contractors, suppliers, and property agents, to follow the protocols that we are currently running.
In closing, let’s face this predicament together. I believe that by going through this together, by helping each other, and by caring for each other, we shall become stronger and get through this trying time. Thank you and I wish you a sturdy health and a resounding success, at all times.
